Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, Manesar. The property is peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. When we checked in, we were greeted by a lady with a beautiful smile who instantly caught my attention — her name is Karuna, and her warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. A special thanks to Karuna, who went above and beyond by arranging a lovely decoration and surprising us with a complimentary cake. Her thoughtful gesture made our celebration unforgettable. Overall, amazing hospitality and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
